When It Comes To Handling Difficult Conversations, Body Language Is Everything

No one likes to have tough conversations at work.

No one likes to have tough conversations at work but when we do encounter them, proper body language can help the discussion go a lot smoother.

Mimicking other people’s actions, using a low voice and talking with your hands are all helpful tips. Remember to also watch out for any nervous behaviour like foot tapping and remove any barriers between you and the person you're talking to. That includes tables and even coffee mugs.
