This series aims to capture a side of TIFF often overlooked and undocumented; rarely among the slew of photographs taken during the festival was there an observation of what was happening on the other side of the red carpet.

The throngs of dedicated fans standing for hours in city block-long Rush Lines or outside hotels where their favourite actor may or may not be staying; it is in turning a lens on them that the true spirit of the festival can be captured.
