The early bird can have its worm -- this clever bird is going after a fish.
In a YouTube video this crafty bird, identified by MSN as a green heron, sits ashore, repeatedly drops a piece of bread into the water and snatches it back up until a dumb fishy takes the bait.
Is this bird a genius or what? If so, it wouldn't be alone since 12 species of birds have been known to go angling, according to BBC One. Such birds have "learned that places where humans regularly feed ducks and swans are great places to fish" as humans lure them with pieces of bread.

The green heron will also use earthworms, twigs, feathers or insects.
Brilliant!
