Canada's political watchers have given no quarter to Sen. Mike Duffy. It was no different on Tuesday when it was revealed that Nigel Wright, the prime minister's chief of staff, wrote a $90,000 personal cheque to the senator to repay expenses.
Duffy has been in the middle of a months-long scandal over his housing and personal expenses. On Tuesday, CTV revealed that Duffy made a secret deal with the PMO over some $90,000 in repayments he made in March.
