But it takes a man without fear of cold or winter - or road rash, and armed with a toque and gloves from Moose Jaw, Sask. to turn thoughts into action.

It was also a moment caught and posted on Instagram showing the man skating down main street Moose Jaw right past a Tim Hortons.

The video posted by Instagram user Matt Dombowsky touts the "fastest way to get around Moose Jaw."
"Definitely faster and safer then walking," agreed Reddit member twinnedcalcite.
And this was a thing last month in Ontario.
