Let’s feel those feelings.

This week, we celebrate the release of "Inside Out." (And with it, the celebration of our emotions.)

And that being said, emotions are terrible. Seriously, they can be the absolute worst. Frankly, some of us (hello!) choose not to acknowledge our emotions at all, and instead bottle them up until we’re watching a movie like "Inside Out" and sobbing openly, surrounded by adults doing exactly the same thing.

We’re also the type of people who will use our clothes to display our emotions and hope our abundance (or complete lack of) colour are delivering the message we choose not to deliver verbally or with tears. That’s why we’ve come up with the guide to dressing for your emotions. (Or, at the very least, how I’m feeling when I wear the below pieces.)

Let’s feel those feelings.
