McDonald's Worker Allegedly Assaulted By Customers For Working Too Slowly

The employee was assaulted in the restaurant's parking lot, say police.

Three women have been arrested in Ohio after they and their children allegedly assaulted a McDonald's employee who they thought wasn't working fast enough.

Police wrote in a post on Facebook that Ashley England, Mary Jordan and Sammie Whaley attacked the worker in the restaurant's parking lot because she took too long to serve them.

The incident happened June 8 at a location in Bellevue, and the arrests were made a day later.

All three face assault charges, but England and Jordan have also been charged with child endangerment because their children took part in the assault, say police.

England has also been charged with theft, according to WJW, because she allegedly stole the worker's glasses.

But she offered a different side of the story on Facebook, alleging that the employee directed a racial slur at her children.

"When u call my kids the N word u should of (sic) been prepared for what was gonna happened."

However, that account hasn't been substantiated by police.
