As digital natives, our adaptability to change is far superior than generations past. We swiftly adapt from VHS to DVDs and record players to cassettes to CDs and MP3s. We know what a floppy disk is yet can operate our digital lifestyle almost exclusively on Cloud. Our potential is limitless and our ambition is uncapped. We are pretty brilliant.

It's impossible to find anything in the world today that might serve Millennials as well as Woodstock served my generation. They clearly seek a signpost pointing to how things might be improved, even as the louder voices of my waning cohort dismiss them thinking, as they wrongly do, that Boomers will live forever.
I think that there are times where there is too much chatter, assumption and stereotyping against Millennials, Gen X and Baby Boomers. Rarely have I seen psychographics, infographics or descriptions that say "likely to," "can" or "may be predispositioned to" when it comes to behaviours. Instead, they are often written as facts and absolutes.
