Wakey, wakey, eggs and... breakfast sandwiches! Whether you're in a rush on the way to the office or just craving some goodness between two buns, we've got you covered! This week, we're serving up some of our favourite meals-to-go, morning sammy style!

One Way Foods (Sunalta)

"Need a breakfast sandwich in the morning?" Heather I has a little secret. "They make 'em with both sausage and bacon. No need to choose which breakfast meat you love more, why not have both?" Bonus: It's only $3!

Caffe Rosso (Stephen Ave)

"It's on my way to work, so it's easy to get my fix," explains Kelsey P. And this almighty breakfast sandwich -- egg and bacon served on a cheddar parsley bun -- is one you won't be able to pass up once you've had your first taste!

Holy Grill (SODO)

"I can't think of anything they could do to make a better breakfast (except serve it to me in bed)," ponders Paul G. Try the bacon avocado crisp made with bacon, avocado, fried egg, cheddar, mayo, eggplant, spinach and tomato on a toasted kaiser for $7.

Dairy Lane (Hillhurst)

Hillhurst Breakfast Sammy. Two farm fresh eggs, naturally cured bacon and Sylvan Star aged cheddar on Engel's sourdough served with butter leaf lettuce, tomato, sweet pepper mayo and potato hash. The "best part" for Chloe P "is that breakfast is served until 3pm!"

According to Roz M, it's a "great little place to go to for local French cuisine that won't force you into downtown." Add a little je ne sais quoi to your morning munching with a fresh, toasted cheese and chive scone with carved ham and tomato for $6. Add an egg for just $1 more.
