From fresh apples to kiwis that have more vitamin C than oranges, this season is the perfect time to add more superfoods to your grocery list. Even kale, which seemed to be the queen of superfoods for way too long, continues to reign with its veggie powers.
But who can blame it? Kale is full of fibre, iron and antioxidants. And on top that, there are tons of different ways you can eat it.
