Drake Night was in full swing at the Air Canada Centre on Wednesday, as the 6ix God returned home to watch the Toronto Raptors take on the Cleveland Cavaliers.
Fans in attendance were gifted with special OVO x Raptors long sleeved tees and headband, and were even able to recreate their own "Hotline Bling" video (something city councillor and Drake's BFF, Norm Kelly, took part in) .
But Drake's supporters weren't the only one receiving special treats — Drizzy himself was presented with a new custom-made Raptors jacket by the team's general manager, Masai Ujiri. The khaki overcoat, made by Garrison Bespoke, looks fairly simple on the outside, but once opened, it reveals a No.6 Raptor's jersey as the lining.
"In honour of the new jersey that Drake had a hand in designing, we decided to take a little bit of a different, more luxurious take," Jeff Podgurny, GM of Garrison Bespoke, told The Canadian Press in the video above. "So we've done a beautiful gold Holland and Sherry mongolian cashmere overcoat, but we've done some really special features that tie in with the black and gold raptors theme."
And indeed, the jacket is all about the details. It features two special patches on the inside (one of the official Toronto Raptors logo and another with the OVO logo) and has "We The North" taping along the inner seams.
The style itself is similar to previous Raptors suit jackets Drake has been gifted in the past.
