Pink Daughter: Singer Got Willow An Original Birthday Cake

Willow turned five on June 2.

Pink’s daughter Willow might only be five years old, but she already has a huge crush on Hollywood star Matt Damon.

For her fifth birthday on June 2, Willow adorably requested that her party be themed after Damon’s box office hit “The Martian,” which, according to Pink, is her favourite movie.

“She loves it,” the 36-year-old singer said on “The Kyle and Jackie O Show” back in April. “I thought [The Martian] was great, but I don’t love it the way she loves it. She asked me if Matt Damon can come to the party. I think she has a little crush.”

While Pink was unable to get Damon to come to the party, she did get her daughter an epic “Martian”-themed cake, featuring Damon’s character Mark Watney sitting right on top.

“Matt Damon made it after all,” Pink joked in her Instagram caption.

While Pink is open about her daughter’s adorable crush on Damon, the singer revealed that she has gotten in trouble for it.

“[Willow’s] already upset with me because there's a new game we play called Ask Siri – which, she just found out last week there's a Siri – and I said, ‘Siri, Willow-Matt Damon’ and all this stuff came up,” the mom told ET in May. "[Willow]’s like, ‘How do they know?’ She got mad at me!”

Willow is the daughter of Pink and husband Carey Hart. In honour of her birthday, Pink also shared a sweet snap of her and her daughter playing violin.

Happy birthday baby girl. I carry your heart with me. -💞

Unsurprisingly, Willow isn’t the only celebrity kid to make an amusing birthday request. Back in March, Ben Affleck’s four-year-old son Samuel asked him to dress up as Batman for his party. And in April, Olivia Wilde threw her two-year-old son Otis a “Beyoncé-themed extravaganza” because of his intense love of the superstar.
