You might recognize Canadian Scott McGillivray as the host of HGTV's "Income Property," but soon he'll have a whole new title.

In the next issue of People magazine, out on newsstands tomorrow, fans of "Income Property" will get a nice surprise when they see that McGillivray has been selected as the Sexy Man of the Week.

Yes, Canada's own McGillivray is joining the ranks of Hollywood's sexiest.

"I can't wait to surprise my wife with the news," the 36-year-old told People. "I have to make sure I give her the copy of the magazine before any of her girlfriends see it."
