The '80s are back!
Well, kinda. Actress Glenn Close reunited with her "The Big Chill" castmates at TIFF 2013 for the film's 30th anniversary on Thursday on the first day of the Toronto Film Festival.
The former "Damages" star, who played Sarah Cooper in the Lawrence Kasdan-directed flick, looked radiant on the red carpet next to co-stars Kevin Kline, Meg Tilly, Mary Kay Place, Tom Berenger and JoBeth Williams.
As usual, Close sported a sedate yet elegant all-black ensemble featuring cropped pants, a top with a plunging diagonal neckline underneath a matching coat and chic slingback pumps with a sparkly jewel embellishment on the toe.
The 66-year-old glowed and it had little to do with the minimal makeup the six time Oscar nominee wore.
Although we wish that the "Dangerous Liasons" star had opted for something a bit more colourful to match the city's sunny day, we're still excited to see our favourite TV lawyer at the prestigious festival. Besides, Patty Hewes, um, we mean Glenn Close has a pattern of wearing black; the actress wore a similar black outfit when she attended her first TIFF in 2011 for the "Albert Nobbs" screening.
History really does repeat itself.
