On Tuesday evening, the "Orange Is The New Black" star attended the amfAR Inspiration Gala in New York looking as stunning as ever.
For the occasion, the 31-year-old transgender actress donned a black gown by Michael Costello which featured a plunging keyhole cut out, thigh-high slit and cut outs just below the bust.

The #TransIsBeautiful advocate paired the dress with black studded pumps, a black clutch and gold jewelry. Her blond locks were left down in a smooth wave, and a smoky eye and glossy lips completed her beauty look.
At the gala, the EW cover girl took the time to pose for photos with honouree Miley Cyrus and her date, Tyler Ford, whom Cox described as "brilliant."
