Paulina Gretzky has worn tiny bikinis, a plaid shirt, comfy yacht wear and even a puppy in her bosom.
But back in 2003, when the budding Instagram and Twitter star was just 14 (turning 15 a month later), Wayne Gretzky's daughter was a fan of the short-lived lace-up crotch jeans trend.
While browsing through photos of our favourite Canadian celebutante, we spotted a photo of Paulina, now 24, sporting the questionable pants while singing Sarah McLachlan's "I Will Remember You" at the Edmonton Oilers vs. Montreal Canadiens game on Nov. 22, 2003 at the Commonwealth Stadium in Edmonton. (Check her out singing the song here.)
Fortunately for Paulina (but maybe unfortunately for her fans), the social media maven also covered herself up in a Stanley Cup leather bomber jacket, cozy toque and a long scarf, opting not to wear one of her infamous bikinis.
We can't get enough of checking out old pics of the selfie-lover; check out her totally unrecognizable look at a Flare magazine event in 2005.
Do you remember the lace-up crotch jean trend?
